Please note: A 25% restocking fee will be charged on furniture orders that are placed and then cancelled after 3 days.

We return or exchange for STORE CREDIT only, please order carefully.

Due to health and safety issues, of our employees and customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can be considered a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid such as saliva, semen, urine, blood. Once these items leave our store we consider them to be used.

These items include (but we are NOT limited to):
ANY Tacky Toy, pins, needles, wheels.
ANY dildo or vibrator.
ANY enema kits.
ANY sound set.
ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin.
ANY item that is inserted into the penis, vagina or anus.
ANY gag/dildo combination.
ANY mouthgag.
ANY chastity device.
ANY cock ring

If any product is found DEFECTIVE within 30 day from day of invoice, please contact us for an exchange. We will exchange ANY defective item for that same item only.

We will be glad to exchange NON-DEFECTIVE items that do not constitute a health risk for 30 days from the invoice date. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be issued Store Credit for the amount of the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges on NON-DEFECTIVE items.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE

All items that are maufactured IN OUR SHOP (dungeon furniture, most floggers, cuffs ect) carries a lifetime guarantee. If it breaks for any reason we will repair or replace it free of charge. Email us at webmaster@bdsm-gear.com with details or what happened and what needs to be repaired and we will contact you within 24 hours.
