Do
you make everything yourself?
All leather, suede, deer and wood products are made by us, here in our shop.
Jewelry, lingerie and videos are purchased from reputable dealers to ensure they
meet the high quality that you have come to expect.
Do
you custom make items?
Yes we can custom make almost any item you desire. If it is not on our website
then send us the specs and/or picture and we can put together a price and
delivery time for you.
You are not answering my
emails??
Every
E-mail is answered within 24 hours, if You have not received a reply back within
that time frame then you may need to contact us at an alternate email address.
AOL is notorious for spam filters, Yahoo and hotmail accounts will put our
emails in your junk/bulk folders. You can prevent this by adding our email
address to your address book or use a alternate email account other then the
three mentioned above.
I
am a BBW do you charge extra for sizing?
No we never charge extra for sizing, whether you’re a size 4 or a size 24,
other then on the gold and silver items, (which is due to market price and
beyond our control).
How long does it take to make
and ship my item?
We usually ship within 3 working days however please allow us 10 days before
contacting us about you order.
What if I am not happy with
my purchase?
Just return you item for a full refund (less shipping) within 7 days no
questions ask. (These items are then disposed of due to Health and Safety
Issues). We do this because our customer satisfaction is important to us!
Can you make my collar to fit
me?
Collars, cuffs, harness, halter-tops, chastity belts ect are all made to order
based on sizing you supply us! Be sure of your measurements and send it along
with your order.
What
ounce leather do you use?
This depends on what product you are purchasing. Some leather is only 4 or 5
ounces other leather is 9 or 10 ounces. Be sure to read the item description, it
should say there.
Your Prices are so low?
We
have some of the best prices you will find anywhere. We always will have, this
is part of how we do business.
It is possible that you may find something cheaper then we sell it for, but
chances are your getting what you pay for, something cheap.
We offer very low prices, However we do not sacrifice quality for low prices. We
deliver both quality and low price.
We can do this for several reasons.
First, we are the manufacture, and we
sell direct to the public, thus we cut out the middle man's 50 - 70% mark up.
Secondly,
low prices mean you save. But low prices also mean we sell more, which means we
buy more materials, and accordingly we get better prices on our materials.
For example, our slings take about 3/4 of a side of leather. Many pay as much as
$150 per side for leather, and then pay to ship that hide. Accordingly they
cannot manufacture a sling and sell it for $89.95 and make a profit.
We can because we get the same quality hides in mass quantities at a fraction of
the price, and then pay about the same to ship 6 or 7 hides as they pay to ship
a single hide.
Due
to the massive quantities we buy, we get quality materials cheap, rather then
getting cheap materials.
How
do I care for this stuff?
Included
with every purchase is a care instruction sheet, which should assist you in the
care of your product. Following these instructions should ensure you years of
use.
How do you ship?
Your privacy is important to us therefore we ship priority mail with a return
address of Micronack Technologies. Furniture items are shipped parcel post.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship a large number of international orders every day. We base our
international shipping costs on the actual cost plus a small handling fee, so
most of our international customers (and we have a lot of them!) are pleasantly
surprised by how low our shipping rates are. All items will specify a shipping
fee. Some of the larger items cannot be shipped internationally.
Will items ordered from you
go through customs, and what happens if they do?
Usually orders are delivered without being stopped by customs, or charged any
customs duties. However, some orders are occasionally stopped or searched, and
sometimes customs duties are charged. Rules and practices vary from country to
country and from one shipment to another. Unfortunately we have no control over
whether or not packages go through customs.
What name will appear on my
Credit Card Statement?
Depending on the issuing bank, the charge for your items will show up as an
email address or a phone number (863-606-0736).
Can I place a phone order?

Do you have a store?
We're sorry; we do not have a
storefront or showroom. We do occasionally work trade shows where you can meet
us personally and buy directly at our booth. We love meeting our customers face
to face, so come on out and say hi if you can.
I want to place an order with
you but fear being added to postal mailing lists.
We don't do any postal mailing except for your actual orders. So you won't have
to worry about receiving any kind of paper mail from us.
